Simulation of the Min-system in E. coli [1]

Visulation of MesoRD simulation data using MATLAB^®. For the stochastic simulations MinD molecules on the membrane are shown in red and MinE in complex with MinD on the membrane are shown in blue. For the mean-field simulation the cell is devied into a lower and upper part showing the concentrations of the intensity with the same color as above.
