Quick start to making spatial stochastic models

After installing MesoRD download this SMBL model (tutorial.xml) and simulate it with subvolume size 0.5 um (visualise 8 molecules per subvolume). Next, open the SBML-file in a text editor and figure out how the SBML commands relate to the model. Try different parameters, change initial conditions and geometries. The model described by the SBML file is illustrated below:
