By checkmarking "Compartment name" the name of the Current compartment will be in the title.

By checkmarking "Legend" a legend will be shown. This is only possible for the 3D and 2D plots.

By checkmarking "Species name" the name of the Current species will be in the title. This is only possible for the Projection and Slice plots.

Here you can change the size of the markers for the 3D and 2D plots. It can either be big (default value), which means 5pt or small 1pt.
