This is a toolbox for MesoRD. With this toolbox you can look at your results from a simulation in MesoRD. The results are shown i different plots. In this guide all figures is made with a MesoRD file called Tutorial that comes along the the MesoRD program. The toolbox works on both Linux and Windows XP. But unfortunately the toolbox is a little unstable in Linux, mostly when the window is resized a lot. Besides that it seems to work fine.
