Here is an example of the toolbox might look like for a 3-dim plot of the Tutorial simulation.

The toolbox consists of Menus, Panels and the plot area, see Figure 1.1, “ The toolbox ”. There are three menus; File, Tools and Labels. You can read about these in Chapter 2, Menus . In the panels there are buttons, sliders and pop-up menus with which you can change the look of your plot. In Chapter 3, Panels you find more about the panels. The other section of the toolbox is the plot area with the plots. Under the plot you can both see what the current time point is and the unit of the axes. the section called “ Labels ” describes how the labelling with title and legend works.
